Noevika ("we", "us") aggregates publicly available cybersecurity incident information from third-party sources and delivers summaries on the website and by email. We link to original publishers and do not claim ownership of their content.

2. No warranty

Information is provided "as is" from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Early reports of incidents are frequently revised. Noevika is not a substitute for your own verification, threat intelligence program, or legal and security advice.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to harass organizations or individuals named in incidents, to scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or in violation of applicable law.

4. Email digests

By subscribing you agree to receive digest emails at the frequency you choose. You can change the frequency or unsubscribe at any time from the Preferences page or the link in every email. Unsubscribe requests are honored immediately.

5. Account and data

Your email address is required to deliver the service. Names are optional. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Preferences page. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
